The Trinidad School of Preaching (TSOP) is overseen by the elders of the Panco Lane church of Christ, Michael Harris and Dule Benjamin. TSOP's operations are managed by the School Committee, which is comprised of saints within Trinidad and Tobago. The School Committee makes recommendations on matters of the school to its stakeholders such as faculty, students, parents and the elders of the Panco Lane church of Christ.

Brother Dominic Dos Santos
Director (2017 - Present)
Dominic Dos Santos has been a member of the Lord's church since 1980 and was the evangelist at San Fernando from 1990 to 2014. He took on the task of being the Director of TSOP in 2017 and has a clear vision for the school. He holds several Bachelor's Degrees, a Masters in Family life Education and is pursuing a PhD in Counseling. He is married and has one son.
Brother Gilbert Neptune
Instructor and Committee-Member (1992 - Present)
Gilbert Neptune has been a Christian for forty-seven (47) years and has forty-five (45) years experience as an evangelist. He has served at Basseterre, Moruga for thirteen (13) years, at Indian Walk for seventeen (17) years and at Fifth Company, Fifteen (15) years. Brother Neptune began his work with TSOP as an Instructor and School Recruiter in 1992 and is a TSOP graduate of the class of 1978. He also graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of the Advance Bible Studies class of 2018 and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree from Bear Valley Bible Institute USA via TSOP. Brother Neptune is also authoring his first book, namely, 'Denominational Doctrine of the Caribbean'.
Brother Anthony Payne
Instructor (2010 - Present)
Brother Payne became a christian, 48 years ago, in 1974 and worships at the Point Fortin Church Of Christ. He began Preaching and Teaching at that congregation around 1978, about 44 years ago. Brother Payne is married to Bernice Payne, and they have six children. He is an alumni & student of the Bear Valley Bible Institute of Colorado, USA through TSOP where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies, and is now reading for his Masters Degree. Brother Payne has taught several biblical books over the past 10+ years at TSOP.

Brother Wendell Parris
~"Ever since getting to know Almighty God, it has always been a pleasure serving Him and helping others according to the ability He has blessed me with."
Brother Parris has been a Christian since 1987, for 35 years, and was married in 1992, having since been blessed with children & grandchildren. He began preaching the Gospel of Christ in 1990 & has been serving as an Evangelist in the churches of Christ since 1991, 30+ years. Brother Parris graduated during 1989 - 1991 from TSOP & has worked with six congregations in Trinidad & Tobago, now residing with the church of Christ at La Romaine.

He is a Licensed Marriage Officer, and Co-Host of the "Know Your Bible" program on ChurchMediaTT (YouTube channel), where he teaches the Word of God. Brother Parris lectures on topics such as Marriage and Family Life, Leadership and Church Organization within the Caribbean and at the TSOP. In addition to teaching certain books in the Bible, he also teaches Voice Training & Media Services.
Presently, he hosts “The Know Your Bible" Broadcast on WACK Radio 90.1 fm every Sun. afternoon at 5-6pm & Bible Chat @ High Noon every Mon., Wed. & Fri. 12-1pm On LABL TV NETWORK ~ Facebook & YouTube.
Brother Michael Purdom
Instructor (2011 - Present)
Michael Purdom holds a B.S. Degree from Harding University and has been a Christian for 52 years. He and his wife Kathryn have 8 children. They have lived in Trinidad and Tobago since 2010 working with several congregations and TSOP. He is presently pursuing the Master of Biblical Studies from Bear Valley Bible Institute.
Brother Winston Jr. Clarke
Instructor (1994 - Present)
Winston Jr. Clarke has been a Christian for 36 years and attended TSOP from 1992 to 1994 where he graduated as class salutatorian. Following his graduation, from May 1994 Brother Jr. Clarke began working as the full time Princes Town congregation Evangelist, now 28 years as at April 2022. He also functions as a teacher at the congregation and has since attained a degree in Bible Studies from Bear Valley Institute, June 2018.

Brother Jr. Clarke has been teaching at TSOP for 22+ years and is presently on the TSOP steering committee. He has been on several mission trips to preach within the United States (such as to Florida, Texas, Arkansas and Missouri) and the Caribbean (such as Grenada, St. Vincent, Dominica, St. Lucia, Antigua, Aruba, Curacao and Guyana). He has been married for 36 years with three faithful Christian adult children and have been living in San Fernando for the greater part of his life.
Anderson S. George
Faculty Member (January 2017 - Present)
Anderson S. George has been a Christian for the past twenty-six (26) years and presently serves as the Minister of the Mission Road Church of Christ. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from the Sunset International Bible Institute and is presently pursuing a Master's Degree in Divinity. As part of the Faculty at TSOP for the last five (5) years, Anderson has taught Romans, Ephesians, Colossians, Hebrews, Wisdom Literature and Greek.
Brother Leon Lewis
Music Instructor (2018 - Present)
Having a love for music and a love for helping others, Brother Lewis got the opportunity to merge both at TSOP. With years of experience in song writing, and being part of a top acappella group in Trinidad and Tobago, he presses on to help improve music vocally. Brother Lewis been a Christian for roughly 20 years and has been a minister for about 10 years. He completed a Degree in Biblical Studies with the Bear Valley Institute through TSOP and is interested in furthering his education in the near future.
Sister Michelle Padmore-Byam
(BA, CFT, CT)
Counselling Skills Lecturer (2016 - Present)
Sister Padmore-Byam has been a Christian for the past twenty (20) years. Her early work in the church involved working within the Family Ministry team to guide and implement various congregational assessments, deliver educational sessions on family topics and issues, & offer counselling services where needed. She has also been involved in training sessions with the Visitation Ministry re: an Engagement & Communication skills course for meeting and engaging families in and out of the church.

She delivers a practical counselling skills course to students to help prepare them to engage with persons while on church business, safely and effectively. The course includes basic relationship building skills and knowledge requirements for basic common issues which they may encounter on their journeys. She is also enrolled in the degree programme however is on hiatus at this time.
Sister Kathryn Purdom
Instructor - English Composition (2019 - Present)
Kathryn Purdom holds a B.S. Degree from Harding University and has been a Christian for 53 years. She has 8 children whom she homeschooled for a total of 28 years. She and her husband Michael have lived in Trinidad since 2010 working with several congregations and TSOP. She is presently pursuing the Master of Biblical Studies from Bear Valley Bible Institute.
